Winchester's Town Day with FAN

Come celebrate Winchester's Town Day with FAN!  We will have FAN tattoos and an airbrush tattoo artist for the whole community. 

We are looking for volunteers, 2 people per timeslot to help apply FAN tattoos.  There will also be general information about FAN at the table for distribution.
