MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

I hereby release and discharge The Family Action Network (FAN) and all businesses, agencies, hosts and other sponsoring companies from responsibility for any injuries or damages I may suffer as a result of my participation in FAN for the year. I understand that I may use FAN members' information for personal use only and may not use it to solicit donations or business.
